Prior to joining SH&P, he worked at a leading multinational company in the FMCG sector, where he provided legal support across multiple business functions and gained extensive experience in commercial and corporate legal matters.
Before that, he served as a Junior Associate at a law firm, where he gained experience in contract drafting, company establishment procedures, legal due diligence, corporate governance, and legal opinion work.
Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), English Section, from Cairo University, graduating in 2024.
