Karim Elkhalifa
Karim Elkhalifa is a trilingual associate with fluency in Arabic, English and French, along with four years of experience in corporate practice.
He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters with particular focus on construction and renewable energy sectors.
Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners in 2025, Karim gained experience in drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, joint development agreements, consortium and JV agreements, EPC contracts and power purchase agreements. He has also handled arbitration proceedings under leading institutional rules, including ICSID and DIAC, and conducted legal research across multiple jurisdictions.
His background further encompasses litigation support, contract drafting, legal translation and handling administrative legal procedures in Egypt and France.
Karim holds a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law with a specialization in arbitration and litigation. He earned his LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Sorbonne Law School, Cairo University in 2021.
