Farida Rezk is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with three years of experience in handling Corporate matters. 

Farida graduated from the University of Liverpool. Her notable progress throughout her studies led to her appointment as an International Student Ambassador for the University.

Whilst in the UK, Farida sought to enhance her professional legal skills by volunteering as a student advisor at the University’s legal clinic, carrying out pro bono work for family and immigration cases. Farida was awarded with a pro bono award for the most and best contributions to the law clinic cases of 2019-2020.

Throughout her four years at University, Farida undertook various work experience placements within the legal sector in Egypt.

Heba El Abd is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with four years of experience in handling Corporate, M&As, Employment and TMT matters.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Heba worked as an Associate at a reputable law firm.

At the educational level, Heba graduated with Honors and holds a Bachelors degree in Law (English Section) from Cairo University. During her studies, Heba took part in various internships at top-tier law firms in Egypt.

Laila Aziz is a trilingual Arabic, English and French lawyer.

She graduated from the Institute of International Affairs Law (IDAI) that is an offshore department of law from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelors degree in Law from Cairo University in Egypt.

Laila also holds a master’s degree of Business Law (1st year) from the University Paris 1 PanthéonSorbonne in Cairo, Egypt, and Comparative law (2nd year) from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Throughout Laila’s studies, she undertook various work experience internships to enhance her professional legal skills.

In July 2018, Laila volunteered in China for the promotion and development of the international cultural exchanges in cooperation with the locale’s institutions with AIESEC of the United-Nations in Hefei, China.

Marwan Gamal is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with over two years of experience in handling corporate and employment matters and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Marwan worked as a Junior Associate at a reputable law firm.

At the educational level, Marwan holds an LL.B from the Faculty of Law (English Section) at Helwan University.

Mohab Ashoush is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer, with five years of experience in handling corporate matters.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Mohab worked as an Associate at a reputable law firm in Egypt, advising several multi-national clients on his area of practice. Following that tenure, Mohab worked as an In-house Attorney at a well-known Egyptian company operating in the real estate development sector.

At the educational level, Mohab graduated from the Faculty of Law (English Section) at Ain Shams University.

Nadine is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with two years of experience in handling Corporate matters. She graduated from the German University in Cairo with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Legal Research.

Throughout Nadine’s studies, she undertook various work experience internships to enhance her professional legal skills.

Nadine also volunteered with many organizations for different activities and events, such as the American University in Cairo, TEDX Youth ISEE and the Special Olympics.
