Nagham is a Senior Managing Associate with over nine years of experience advising leading global technology companies and digital platforms across Egypt, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.

She specializes in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), with a strong focus on data protection and privacy, including the GDPR, Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and data protection regimes in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Her expertise also extends to telecommunications regulation, cybersecurity, e-commerce, and platform governance.

Nagham brings over eight years of experience working with prominent international law firms, where she has advised major technology clients operating within complex, cross-border regulatory frameworks. Her work spans a wide range of high-impact areas, including satellite licensing regimes, national frequency allocations, and telecom licensing under Egyptian law. She has played a key role in large-scale infrastructure projects, including subsea cable deployments and VoIP services.

Her practice further encompasses cloud computing and data center regulation, telecom licensing compliance, and guiding multinational clients through regulatory approval processes. Nagham is also experienced in developing and reviewing policies for digital and e-commerce platforms, ensuring compliance with advertising standards, consumer protection requirements, and data privacy laws.

In addition, she has conducted extensive legal due diligence and advised on software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, commercial contracts, and employment law compliance for multinational organizations involved in major technology and infrastructure projects. Her integrated, commercially driven approach enables her to deliver strategic legal solutions tailored to evolving regulatory landscapes and business objectives.

Nagham has also participated in numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence exercises, providing comprehensive legal and commercial advice on complex transactions. Her experience includes labor and employment matters, where she advises multinational employers on compliance with local labor laws, policy development, and workforce risk management in high-profile projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), English Section, from Cairo University (2015), which laid the foundation for her distinguished legal career.
