Youssef is a corporate lawyer with over three years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
His expertise includes company incorporations, corporate governance, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining SH&P, Youssef gained valuable experience working both in-house and at a leading law firm.
He holds dual LL.B. degrees from Cairo University and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2024.
