This Code serves as a guiding framework for all members of the firm, outlining the principles and standards of behavior obligations, professional responsibilities, and values that define our firm’s commitment to integrity, honesty, and professionalism. It offers guidance and underscores our commitment to being a professional, ethical, equal opportunity, environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace.
By adhering to the law and our professional duties, and by making conscious, consistent and ethical decisions for our clients, communities, the firm, and ourselves – we uphold the reputation we maintain, and the respect we seek and extend to others. It is also our responsibility to identify the values we promote, to live by them and to clearly communicate them so that we may better serve our communities

- Any grievance or conflict arising as a result of the work environment or during on-duty working hours is to be reported directly to the Manager of Human Resources verbally or via email.
