Rana El Helbawi is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with over four years of experience in handling Corporate and M&A matters.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Rana was a Junior Associate at one of the top tier law firms in Egypt for two years.

At the educational level, Rana obtained her L.L.B. from Cairo University, Faculty of Law (English Section).

Ahmed Nour is a bilingual Arabic and English lawyer with almost two years of experience in the practice areas of Corporate, Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Ahmed worked as an in-house lawyer at a leading engineering and construction company, as well as a trainee at a leading law firm in Egypt.

Zeina Sherif has over four years of experience working as a Paralegal. Zeina is a bilingual English and Arabic speaker, with competence in Spanish.

Before joining Soliman, Hashish & Partners, Zeina worked as an in-house Paralegal for an upstream oil and gas company.

Zeina graduated from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland with a Masters degree in International Relations and Law.

Omar Aboul-Ella is a bilingual Arabic and English Junior Associate. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the British University in Egypt.

Throughout his studies and after graduation, Omar undertook various work experience internships to enhance his professional legal skills.

Aleyeldine Fahmy is a skilled and versatile lawyer with a solid foundation in international business law. Fluent in French, English and Arabic, he brings a global perspective to complex legal issues. Aleyeldine holds a Master’s Degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne along with two L.L.B degrees from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Cairo University. Aleyeldine has interned at many law firms and in-house legal departments where he gained valuable experience in Corporate Law, Sports Law, and International Commercial Arbitration. Aleyeldine also participated in La Clinique Juridique de la Sorbonne pro bono legal services. He also developed his courtroom advocacy through his participation in La Club de Simulation de l’Arbitrage et de Plaidoirie.

Mariam Rabie graduated from The German University in Cairo (GUC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies, and is fluent in Arabic, English and German.

Throughout her course of study at GUC, Mariam interned at various top-tier law firms and legal departments that expanded her experience and understanding of a range of practices – from Dispute Resolution to Commercial and Corporate governance.

An experienced participant of many international Moot Court competitions – including the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competitions – Mariam’s wealth of experience recommended her to coach the participants of the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition.
